In Network

I am in-network with Aetna (in Texas only). I partner with Headway to manage insurance billing and verification.

Please note: I do not accept insurance for couples therapy; it is provided at the private-pay rate.

Out of Network

If you have a different provider, I am considered out-of-network. Many clients receive 50-80% reimbursement for session costs using out-of-network benefits.

Many clients choose to pay for therapy using their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Because therapy is a qualifying medical expense, you can use your HSA/FSA debit card just like a regular credit card at the time of your session. This allows you to pay for your care using pre-tax dollars, effectively reducing the overall cost of therapy.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care may cost.

If you are not using insurance and choose to self-pay, I will provide you with a written estimate of your expected costs before we begin therapy. This estimate will outline the cost per session and the total cost for one year of care, based on the frequency of sessions we agree on.
